CPL — Cost per lead
Charged when you accept a lead in your panel. Reject without paying.

Pay after the homeowner confirms service completion and our team verifies the job.
- Fixed fee A flat amount per completed job, agreed upfront in your package.
- Revenue share A percentage of the invoiced job amount, capped per your package terms.
Disputes & credits
If a lead is invalid (wrong number, out of area, duplicate), file a dispute in your contractor panel within 48 hours. Approved disputes receive a credit — not a refund chase.
