We are a dispatch platform, not a bid board. We currently serve Colorado. Approval is a human review of an application, not a guarantee of workmanship, and not a claim that we checked every state database.

License and insurance verified
Support verifies license and insurance with applicants before activation. We do not currently collect those documents through the public signup form, and we do not claim automated checks against every state record.
Human dispatch review
Homeowner requests are read by a real person for fit and urgency before routing. We do not blast every job to every contractor in town.
If something goes wrong
Homeowners can contact our support team by email or phone about a match or request. Contractors can dispute invalid leads in their panel within 48 hours. We review those cases and issue credits when appropriate.
Approved means our support team reviewed the application and verified license and insurance before activation, not that we warrant the contractor’s work or guarantee a specific outcome on your job.
