Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HANDOFF services operated by Handoff Services LLC.

1. Homeowner service requests

By submitting a service request you represent that the information provided is accurate. You authorize HANDOFF and its screened contractors to contact you by phone, text, or email about your job, including through automated systems where permitted by law.

HANDOFF reviews requests before matching; we do not guarantee a contractor will be available in your area or timeframe.

2. Contractor program

Contractors must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and credentials as submitted during onboarding. HANDOFF may approve, suspend, or remove contractors at its discretion.

Contractors pay per accepted lead (CPL) or per completed job (CPA) under pricing agreed at onboarding. Lead volume is not guaranteed. Chargebacks, disputes, and payment failures are handled per program rules communicated in the contractor panel.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent requests, scrape data, or interfere with system operation. We may block access for abuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Disclaimers

HANDOFF is a lead routing platform, not a contractor. We do not perform work on your property. Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own work, warranties, and compliance.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
