How much does it cost to request service?

Nothing for homeowners. Submitting a request is free. You are not creating an account or subscribing to anything.

How long until someone contacts me?

Dispatch reviews requests within one business day. A matched contractor typically reaches out shortly after your request is approved for routing.

Is this a contractor or a lead company?

We are a dispatch platform. We review homeowner requests and connect them with independent, licensed contractors in their area. We do not perform the work ourselves.

Do I need an account?

No. You can submit and track a request with your tracking code and email. A free homeowner account is optional if you want to save home history in one place.

What if I have a problem with a match?

Contact our support team by email or phone. We will look into the request and help you from there.

For contractors

How do I join as a contractor?

Start the online application. Short steps cover your business basics, territory, and daily caps. Our support team verifies license and insurance offline before activating your account, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, you set your password and access your contractor panel.

How do contractors pay for leads?

There is no monthly subscription. We agree your rate during onboarding based on your trade and whether you bill per lead (CPL) or per completed job (CPA). The same fee shows on every lead before you accept. You pay only for leads you take.

Can I pass on a lead without paying?

Yes. Each lead shows job details and your agreed fee before you decide. Accept the work that fits. Pass on the rest with no charge.

Are leads shared with multiple contractors?

No shared lists. We route each screened request to eligible pros based on trade, ZIP, and capacity. You are not racing other companies to call the same homeowner first.

What if a lead is wrong or out of area?

File a dispute in your contractor panel within 48 hours. Our team reviews invalid leads such as wrong numbers, duplicates, or jobs outside your coverage. Approved disputes receive account credit.
